■塩野義製薬のコロナ飲み薬「ゾコーバ」、重い副作用の報告なし 1024人使用のデータを初公表

　国産初の新型コロナウイルス感染症の飲み薬「ゾコーバ」について、製造販売元の塩野義製薬は９日、緊急承認後の使用状況や副作用のデータをまとめた報告を初めて公表しました。これまで若い世代を中心に1024人に使われ、重い副作用の報告はなかったといいます。
　ゾコーバは、医薬品を迅速に審査する緊急承認制度に基づき、厚生労働省が11月22日に製造販売を認めました。12歳以上の軽症・中等症患者向けで、重症化リスクの有無を問わずに使えるものの、妊婦は使用できず、併用できない薬も36種類あります。
　塩野義製薬の医療関係者向けホームページに掲載した報告によると、使用が始まった11月24日から12月４日までの間では20～50歳代への処方が全体の75％（763人）を占めていました。また、５人から頭痛や下痢などの副作用の訴えがありました。
　ゾコーバを扱えるのは、先行して承認されたアメリカのファイザーの飲み薬「パキロビッドパック」の処方実績のある医療機関と薬局に限られているものの、厚労省は近く要件を緩和する方針。同省は塩野義と100万人分の購入契約を結んでいます。
　塩野義製薬は今後も半年間、「ゾコーバ」の使用状況などを２週間ごとにホームページで公表します。
