■新型コロナ高額治療薬、無料継続へ 入院も公費支援案、５類移行後

　新型コロナウイルス感染症の５類移行後の医療費を巡り、政府が外来医療での抗ウイルス薬など高額な治療薬の公費支援を当面継続し、患者の支払いを無料とする方向で検討していることが24日、明らかになりました。
　また、急激な負担の増加を避けるため、入院医療費も一定の公費支援を続ける案があります。期間は数カ月から１年程度を想定。今後、関係団体と調整します。
　患者対応をした医療機関への診療報酬も見直します。３月末で期限を迎える「特例加算」は延長せず、その他の特例も５月８日から段階的に縮小する方向です。
　新型コロナの治療薬は、１人当たりの薬価が10万円近い抗ウイルス薬「モルヌピラビル」など、高額なものがあります。現在は全額公費負担となっており、５類移行後も一定の期間継続します。一方、解熱剤といった一般的な治療薬や検査は、自己負担を求める方向で検討します。
　現在、無料となっている入院費用は、毎月の負担額に上限を設ける「高額療養費制度」の支給対象となる見込み。一部自己負担が生じるものの、公費支援により軽減を図ります。
