■モデルナ製ワクチン、２回目接種翌日の発熱78％ 39％が病気休暇

　アメリカのモデルナ製の新型コロナウイルスワクチンの２回目接種後、78%の人が翌日に発熱し、病気休暇を取った人も39%いたことが４日、厚生労働省研究班の調査で明らかになりました。研究班は少なくとも２回目接種の翌日は勤務の予定を入れないことを呼び掛けました。
　順天堂大学などの研究班が、４日の厚労省部会で報告しました。モデルナ製を接種した自衛官ら約2500人を調査したところ、78%が翌日37・５度以上の発熱を訴えました。38度以上の発熱も61%いました。約２割は接種２日後も発熱症状がありました。39%の人が翌日休暇を取り、２日間休んだ人も10%いました。
　研究班の代表で、順天堂大学医学部の伊藤澄信客員教授は、「接種から３日後には症状が治まっていることが多いが、発熱は40度に達することもある。特に２回目の接種後は安静にして、翌々日ごろまでは仕事や学校を休むことも検討してほしい」としています。
　４日の部会には、アメリカのファイザー製とモデルナ製の接種後の副作用の疑いがある事例の発生状況も報告されました。重いアレルギーのアナフィラキシーは、７月25日までにファイザー製で360件、モデルナ製で８件の報告がありました。
　接種後の死亡は、ファイザー製で828人、モデルナ製は６人報告がありました。副作用疑いや死亡例について、同部会は「接種体制に影響を与える重大な懸念は認められない」と結論付けました。
