■事前合宿のウガンダ選手団に新たなコロナ陽性者 空港検疫に続き２人目

　東京オリンピックの事前合宿のため来日し、ホストタウンの大阪府泉佐野市に滞在しているアフリカ・ウガンダの選手１人が、新たに新型コロナウイルスに感染していることが確認されました。ウガンダの選手団の感染確認は６月19日に来日した際、成田空港で１人が確認されたのに続き２人目。
　泉佐野市によりますと、新たに感染が確認されたのはウガンダ選手団の20歳代の選手で、22日に行ったＰＣＲ検査の結果、23日にわかりました。
　症状は出ていないものの、泉佐野保健所が指定する療養先に移りました。
　ウガンダの選手団は６月19日、東京オリンピックの事前合宿のため９人で成田空港に到着した際、50歳代の男性コーチ１人が空港検疫で受けた検査で感染が確認されていて、新型コロナウイルスの感染確認は２人目です。
　選手団は専用のバスで泉佐野市に移動し、外部との接触を断った上で現地から同行していた市の職員１人とともに市内のホテルで待機し、全員が濃厚接触者に認定されていました。
　今回、感染が確認された１人以外は、同じＰＣＲ検査の結果は陰性だったということです。
　泉佐野市は、来日後の選手団と接触のあった市職員４人も、念のため自宅待機としました。濃厚接触者に当たるかどうか、保健所が調査します。
　泉佐野市は今後、保健所の指導のもとで国や大阪府と連携しながら、必要な対応を続けたいとしています。
