■大塚製薬サプリの偽物に注意、フリマアプリで出回る 消費者庁 [健康ダイジェスト]
消費者庁は21日、大塚製薬の健康食品「ＥＱＵＥＬＬＥ（エクエル）」の偽物が、楽天のフリーマーケットサイト・ラクマで出回っているとして、消費者安全法に基づき、注意喚起しました。
同庁によると、エクエルは大豆を乳酸菌で発酵させたエクオール含有のサプリメントで、今年５月以降、「遠藤」「小池」「森山」と名乗る出品者が30日分１袋を12セット３万8000円、６セット２万円で販売。
公式通販サイトより２～３割安かったものの、商品やパッケージの色や表示が正規品とわずかに異なり、気付いた購入者が大塚製薬に通報して発覚しました。
大塚製薬が調べたところ、商品やパッケージは正規品に似せて作られていますが、同封されている乾燥剤の袋の色は異なっていて、正規品に含まれる有効成分は入っていませんでした。大塚製薬と楽天は５月から、ウェブサイトなどを通じて注意を促しています。
出品者は発送の際、発送者の欄に虚偽の住所や電話番号を記入し、特定できていません。 消費者庁消費者政策課の担当者は、「消費者を誤認させる悪質な行為。健康被害は確認されていないが、安全性は不明のため摂取しないで」と呼び掛けています。
