■エムスリーと富士製薬工業、月経困難症の治療薬を国内で承認申請

　医師向け情報サイト運営のエムスリーと富士製薬工業は18日、月経困難症を対象としたホルモン剤「ＦＳＮー013」の国内での販売に向けて、厚生労働省に承認申請をしたと発表しました。2024年中の販売を目指し、両社で準備を進めるとしています。
　富士製薬工業がベルギーの製薬企業「ミスラ・ファーマシューティカルズ」から導入した天然型エストロゲンの成分「エステトロール」を使って製造します。既存製品と比べて血栓症のリスク低減が期待できるといいます。アメリカやヨーロッパではすでに販売しており、タイでは富士製薬工業の現地子会社を通じて５月から販売を始めました。
　月経困難症は月経期間中に吐き気や頭痛、食欲不振などの症状が出ます。富士製薬工業は治療薬として低用量ピル「ルナベル」を国内で販売しているものの、低用量ピルを使った治療は海外に比べ普及していません。ホルモン剤を加えることで、患者の選択肢を増やせるとみています。
