■人間ドックで判定ミス、システム改修で誤り 京都府亀岡市立病院

　京都府の亀岡市立病院は10日、６～９月に行った人間ドックで判定ミスがあったと発表しました。判定が悪くなったケースはなく、健康への影響はないとしています。
　同病院によると、人間ドックを６月６日～９月７日に受診した60人について、血清に含まれるタンパク質の一部の検査数値が診断システムに反映されていませんでした。11月５日に判定医が数値の不自然さに気付いて判明。検査会社の変更に伴うシステム改修で誤りがあったといいます。
　再判定の結果、「軽度異常あるも日常生活に支障なし」と通知した18人が「異常なし」に変更されました。対象者には電話で謝罪した上で、正しい結果報告書を送付するといいます。
