■第一三共、新型がん治療薬で世界開拓 アメリカのメルクと提携、最大３・３兆円受領

　第一三共は20日、同社の技術を使ったがん領域の３製品でアメリカのメルクと全世界での開発・商業化契約を結んだと発表しました。第一三共は販売のマイルストーンも含め最大で220億ドル（約３兆3000億円）を受け取るとしています。国内製薬会社の契約としては過去最高額となります。
　第一三共の発表によると、内訳は40億ドルの契約時一時金、15億ドルの後払い一時金と、最大165億ドルの販売マイルストーンで、対象製品は同社独自のＤＸｄ－ＡＤＣ技術を用いた「パトリツマブ デルクステカン」、「ＤＳ-7300」と「ＤＳ-6000」の３製品。製造と供給は第一三共が担います。
　発表を受けて、第一三共株は６営業日ぶりに反発して取引を開始。一時前日比18％高の4210円と、第一製薬と三共が経営統合した2005年９月以降で最大の日中上昇率となりました。
　同社は４月に、2026年３月期の売上高目標を２兆円とする計画を公表。そのうち9000億円以上をがん領域から叩き出す計画です。がん細胞に標的を絞り、抗体に付加した薬物をがん細胞内に直接届ける抗体薬物複合体（ＡＤＣ）で同社は世界をリードしており、適用できるがんの範囲を拡大しようとしています。
　同社はこれまでイギリスのアストラゼネカと、乳がん治療など向けの「エンハーツ」製品で提携しています。開発中の製品については単独での販売展開も視野に入れていたものの、ＡＤＣ領域での競合相手だったメルクとも新たに提携することとなりました。
　第一三共によると、全世界における３製品合計の年間売り上げ規模は、2030年代半ばに向けて、数十億ドルに達する可能性があるといいます。

Russian energy giant Gazprom and the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) have signed an agreement on additional gas shipments to China, the Russian company announced on Thursday.

The deal was struck during a meeting between Gazprom CEO Aleksey Miller and CNPC Chairman of the Board of Directors Dai Houliang on the sidelines of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing.

“During the meeting, Gazprom and CNPC signed an additional agreement to the gas purchase and sale contract via the East Route for an additional volume of Russian gas supplies to China until the end of 2023,” Gazprom wrote on its Telegram channel.
