■ヤフーが「女性の健康検定」受検を幹部に義務付け 企業での導入は初めて

　ヤフー（東京都千代田区）は執行役員以上の幹部に、女性の健康に関する基礎知識や対処法に関する検定の受検を義務付けます。特有の症状や体調についての悩みに幹部が正しく応えられるようにして、女性が働きやすい環境を整える狙いがあります。企業の持続的な成長のため、人材の多様性（ダイバーシティー）確保に向けた取り組みを広げます。
　民間団体の「女性の健康とメノポーズ協会」（東京都新宿区）が2012年に開始した「女性の健康検定」の受検を義務付けます。ダイバーシティーへの関心の高まりを受け、ここ数年で企業や団体の導入が増えています。合格すると「女性の健康推進員」という資格を得ることができます。
　執行役員以上の幹部26人が対象で、すでに６月の検定で、小沢隆生社長を含めた常務以上の６人が受検し合格しています。残りの役員は11月の試験で合格を目指します。
　デリケートな女性の健康問題を扱う場合、理解や配慮に欠けた言動がハラスメントと受け止められる可能性があります。現在、ヤフー社員の33%は女性。正しい知識を身に着けることで、適切なアドバイスや対処法をとることができます。ヤフーによると、企業が幹部に同検定の受検を義務付けるのは初だといいます。
　ヤフーはこれまでもダイバーシティー関連の社内研修を設けるほか、社内で啓発イベントなどを実施してきました。国内のどこでも自由に住める制度や、育児休暇を取りやすくする制度も導入するなど、社員それぞれの事情に応じて働きやすい職場となる取り組みを進めています。
