■重症化リスクある人のコロナ死亡率、全くない人の５倍以上 慢性腎臓病やがんは高く

　新型コロナウイルス感染症で、持病や喫煙などの重症化リスクがある人は、全くない人に比べて死亡率が５倍以上になることが、厚生労働省の分析で明らかになりました。25日に開かれた厚労省助言機関の会合で報告されました。
　感染者のデータを一元管理する情報システム「ＨＥＲ―ＳＹＳ（ハーシス）」のデータをもとに、４～６月に感染が判明した約32万人のうち、新型コロナの重症化リスクとされる糖尿病や高血圧、がん、肥満、喫煙など９つの要因の有無が記載されていた約10万人について、死亡率を調べました。
　重症化リスクの要因が１つもない人の死亡率は０・41％だったのに対し、１つ以上ある人の平均は２・28％と５・６倍になりました。
　また、要因が多いほど死亡率が高くなり、１つの人は１・38％なのに対し、４つ以上ある人は９・69％と約７倍になりました。
　個々の要因別にみると、慢性腎臓病が最も高く、死亡率は14％。慢性腎臓病ではない人に比べると20・６倍でした。慢性閉塞性肺疾患（ＣＯＰＤ）は10・２％、がんは８・35％でした。
　また、年齢が高いほど死亡率が高まる傾向も認められました。重症化リスクの要因がある人の場合、65歳以上の死亡率は６・89％だったのに対し、64歳以下は１％に満ちませんでした。
